What does error (acl) mean?

I try to configure a reverse adress resolution domain.
But my secondary servers are not allowed to transfer.
Here is what my named is telleing me (it's one line
each, but mailer will introduce linebreaks):

23-Mar-2000 10:42:48.684 security: notice: unapproved AXFR from
[].54864 for" (not auth)

27-Mar-2000 18:02:48.332 security: notice: unapproved AXFR from
[].36110 for "luna-park.net" (acl)

What does the second message try to tell me? I don't understand
what "(acl)" means?

Why does the first message appear, when my zone is configured
like this:

zone "" in {
        type master;
        file "194.25.8.zone";
        allow-query { any; };
        allow-transfer{;       # pns.dtag.de
              ;     # techfac.techfak.uni-bielefeld.de
              ;       # Reverse Nameserver
              ; # Diagnose DTAG ZID Muenster
              ;      # Diagnose DTAG NOC
              ;      # Diagnose DTAG NIC
              ;      # Nameservertest DTAG NIC
              ;      # Nameservertest DTAG NIC

Thanks for any help!

So long
