tcp queries

Hello,

Can you give bind an option to always query with tcp?
I have have a linux box with a dialup line and dynamic ip. Only tcp
packets ( that trigger an outgoing call ) are rewritten to the new ip
adres.
All I found is that bind queries in tcp only for big queries and zone
tranfers.

Can you please mail back the response since I am not an active reader of
this newsgroup.
