Not Authoritative Error when try to be slave

OK, I had bind running for some time and it's done what I've wanted so I've
never really explored it further BUT it's stopped working for me. Nothing
has changed it's just stopped getting the slave info for two domains to
allow PCs to find computers on our intranet.

Basically I've got a name server in another building that acts as slave or
two domains (mclachlan.com.au & mclachlanlister.com.au). They are only for
internal use at this stage. NOW when the nameserver loads it doesn't get
the files for these two domains.

This has really screwed me up because it's been OK for quite a while but
all of a sudden ..... ?????

I'd really appreciate some suggestions, help, ....

This is the message I get in syslog:
Mar 15 13:38:40 sulu named[13575]: Err/TO getting serial# for
"mclachlan.com.au"
