Informational warning re RH6.2beta and Rawhide

I was able to generate the same message with the bind 8.2.2.P5-1 RPM
by the simple fact that named was not running. IIRC the initscripts
that came with 6.2 had DNS turned off in /etc/rc.d/rc3.d as a 
"security default".
