This question must get asked at least 3 time a week, and sorry to say, the
answer is always the same.

If your using apache, find the httpd.conf file & it will have explanations
for all your settings. Look in the part that defines <virtualhost>.

BTW
What happened to the policy of not allowing any more GC problems being
