Partition sizes for DNS server?

Most non-operating system software gets installed there.

You are the only one who knows what you are going to do.  I usually do 
leave a bit more space in /home than I expect to use.  You can store
an alwfu lot of logs in 256Mb.  Especially if you compress the older
ones.
