1) Check http://www.acmebw.com/askmrdns/bind-messages.htm

2) Check the archives if bind-users at www.isc.org .

3) The .mil zone has problems.  I tried to report this today to
   two addresses that I was given a few months ago when I reported a
   similar problem with ARMY.MIL; both addresses were invalid.  I tried
   the e-mail address in the army.mil SOA record, and it also failed.
   Maybe the Army is keeping its DNS really secure.  :-)
