BIND9 giving format errors

	Have a look at the whole sequence.  You will see that the
	queries are re-issued and that they are answered.  What
	you are seeing here are the initial queries that also
	contain a EDNS probe.  If the probe fails (FORMERR returned)
	the fact is cached and the server retries.
