Problem/bug with NS records

No, names are *not* equivalent to IP addresses in DNS. For one thing, a n=
ame
can have multiple addresses associated with it. Secondly, names can exist=
 in
DNS without having any addresses associated with them at all.

Use a name where a name is required. Why would you *want* to use IP addre=
sses
everywhere, anyway? That just means more places to change things if the a=
ddress
changes.
