Bind causes unwanted dialouts

Could you provide more details for your network configuration and
topology.
For example have you got inside any PCs running windows to use that DNS
server?

My bind tries periodically to connect to my provider's dns-server, which
I
use as a forward. I only see that something wants to connect to my
provider's dns (port 53), so I assume it's bind. But how can I find out,
what bind wants to lookup?
