delegating a subdomain to another NS

Hey guys,

I have been trying to figure this out for a little while now, but I  
haven't got anybody to understand my question. Maybe I wasn't asking the
right question... so let me try again.

I have a registerd domain OLAFSOLUTIONS.COM. I also have a subdomain off
of that domain called STEVENET.OLAFSOLUTIONS.COM.  My question is how do I
give delegation of STEVENET.OLAFSOLUTIONS.COM to another nameserver on a
entirley different network?? 

With my current setup, I have the zone files for STEVENET on the primary
nameserver for OLAFSOLUTIONS.COM.
