Help: Reverse Authority

Greetings.

I need help and I don't have the BIND books. :(

We are an ISP that has recently gotten involved with selling Class C's to customers that wish to run/maintain their own DNS servers.

My question is, how do I give my customers reverse authority from my own primary and secondary DNS servers? I have researched the 'Ask Mr. DNS, and the DNS RD' with no positive findings ... (major bummer)

Can anyone help me? Please?
