Are you selling or leasing? Most address space is actually leased.

How big is the pool the addresses are coming out of?
If it is /16 or larger then you just add appropriate NS
records to the reverse for the relevent /16.

	e.g.
You have 191.30/15 and are allocating 191.31.56/23.
In the 31.191.in-addr.arpa zone you add NS records
		for 56.31.191.in-addr.arpa and 57.31.191.in-addr.arpa
		pointing to their servers.

		56.31.191.in-addr.arpa	NS ns1.example.com.
		56.31.191.in-addr.arpa	NS ns2.example.com.
		57.31.191.in-addr.arpa	NS ns1.example.com.
		57.31.191.in-addr.arpa	NS ns2.example.com.

If your allocation is smaller than a /16, you need to co-ordinate
the delegation with your upstream provider.

For address space smaller than a /24 see BCP 20 (RFC 2317).
