That look Ok, so they did do one half of the procedure.

Now they have to add (into the same zone):

11/0.253.165.194.in-addr.arpa. IN NS <your first nameserver>.
11/0.253.165.194.in-addr.arpa. IN NS <your other nameserver>.

Then you will configure the zone 11/0.253.165.194.in-addr.arpa on
your nameservers and populate it with the PTR records required.
