Bind8.2.3 stopping on NT4/Win2000

Check/search very carefully that the BIND .exe's and .dll's being run 
are really the ones in the .zip file.

If you have any doubt, uninstall BIND, search for any BIND files, 
delete them, and install "NT3" fresh. and check the files again.

Are you doing "full" logging to named.run?
