delegation question

[viet anh]

I want to delegate my subdomain : ns.vietanh.com to my sub-domain name
server whose name is ns.vietanh.com. is it possible?.
In my db.vietanh.com I creat records like this:
ns.vietanh.com.     IN    NS ns.vietanh.com.
ns.vietanh.com.        IN    A 10.0.0.2
is that wright?
if I do this, delagation will be succesfull?
