No SOA RR found

Hi all,

I'm sure this question has been asked before but I have searched through the
archives and can't find exactly what I'm looking for. I have a bind 8.2.3-T6B
running on a FreeBSD box as a secondary DNS querying a bind 8.2.3-REL server
on a RedHat box. When the server attempts to connect to the master I get the
message "No SOA RR found". The files were generated using Webmin as I am no
DNS guru but I cannot see where the problem lies. Here is the header of the
primary servers file :-

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
