As for the latter, just make their site a "slave" to yours for that one
zone.  Then it will automatically update.

As for who ... you could ask your buddy down the road, or ask in some
group of people that you trust whether you could trade secondaries, or
you could ask one of the public DNS services.  There are several such,
and I'm sure they will identify themselves in this mailing list.  Some
are free; some are for-pay, offering other services as well.
