Secondary

Hi,

I was wondering how people implement their secondary servers, we currently
have a primary and secondary on the same network, but I'd obviously like to
have a third located off site. Is there a free secondary service somewhere?
Has anyone come up with a clever way of updating or notifying a third party
DNS server of changes (instead of physically contacting the provider).
