Just for refernce.

The mail server is mail.lanset.com and our dns servers are ns1.o1.com (the
problem child) and ns2.o1.com the one with the correct information.

if returns the old ip address. To make matters more confusing (ns2) my
slave server returns the correct address. So does every other server that I
nslookup on just not my master server.

and it still returns the old address. In addition, if you allow the
server( ns1) to run it will intermitently supply the correct address. Then
revert back to the old address for a reason I am unable to discern.
