Two IPs to One URL

Wouldn't the following create problems with two IPs to one URL; if
not, what does it accomplish?

ftp.sunet.se.       13h10m53s IN A  194.71.11.20
ftp.sunet.se.       13h10m53s IN A  194.71.11.40
