There's no way to copy a named.conf file directly via the DNS protocol,
however, there are plenty of ways of copying files securely using other
protocols (e.g. scp, kerberized rcp, etc.). I suppose a really kludgey way
would be to encode the named.conf in TXT records. Yuck.
