Hi all ;)

I have an HP UX 11 box, and got 8.2.3 compiled cleanly, the only problem
is, we have about ... just over 5000 zones, and when I run lets say:

/opt/bind/sbin/ndc start, it'll load named just fine, but it wont make
/var/run/ndc, it reports the error of:

[nistor at outpost2] /opt/bind/sbin: ./ndc
Type help -or- /h if you need help.
ndc> /t
tracing now on
ndc> /d
debugging now on
ndc> start
ndc: error: ctl_client: evConnect(fd 3): No such file or directory
ndc: error: cannot connect to command channel (/var/run/ndc)
ndc> start
ndc: error: ctl_client: evConnect(fd 3): No such file or directory
ndc: error: cannot connect to command channel (/var/run/ndc)
ndc: error: pid not valid or server not running
<waits ... waits ... loading process>
ndc: error: name server has not started (yet?)
ndc>

it loads named,
[nistor at outpost2] /opt/bind/sbin: ps -afe |grep named
    root 22467 1 19 16:48:07 ? 0:01 /opt/bind/sbin/named
[nistor at outpost2] /opt/bind/sbin:

just no socket file made =/ Anyone have a similar problem or ideas?
Would be greatly appreciated. :)
