Bind 8.2.4 For NT

I have installed Bind8NT as a slave server on my network which has Bind 9.1.1 on a Linux machine as a master. When the NT server comes up it is able to transfer the forward zone data from the Linux box. 
The NT address is 192.168.0.65 and the Linux box is 192.168.0.131.
The event log in NT shows the error messages below: 

Err/TO getting serial# for "0.168.0.192.IN-ADDR.ARPA" 
Err/TO getting serial# for "duoduman.com" 
slave zone "0.168.0.192.IN-ADDR.ARPA" (IN) rejected due to errors (serial 2001063000) 
Zone "0.168.0.192.IN-ADDR.ARPA" (file db.192.168.0): no NS RRs found at zone top 
[192.168.0.131] not authoritative for 0.168.0.192.IN-ADDR.ARPA, SOA query got rcode 5, aa 0, ancount 0, aucount 0 
[192.168.0.131] not authoritative for duoduman.com, SOA query got rcode 5, aa 0, ancount 0, aucount 0 
cannot set resource limits on this system 


On the linux side i get the log message below even though I have " allow-query" and "allow-transfer" enabled for the subnet.
