BIND9 man pages

The BIND9 man pages can be formatted with the -mandoc macros that come
with most free UNIXes. They came from BSD4.4 and should be present in
all the free BSDs and Linux distributions. The macros are also shipped
with groff, the GNU [nt]roff replacemement. A future BIND9 release
will use a simpler, but less pretty, macro set that should work on a
wider range of platforms.
