If you want to forward all unknown names externally, why do you even need or want an internal root? You can't reasonably mix internal-root and global forwarding on the same nameserver.

From your experiences, what would be the best way to setup up my internal DNS servers, to query a primary and secondary DNS server provided by our ISP (the ISP is currently hosting our external DNS)?
