Premature EOF fetching "zone"

Thanks. I am aware of those problems, and they are in hand.

I have included the named.conf file. There are no errors on the primary
server logs, and I attach also the log from one of the secondaries.

	directory "c:\winnt\system32\dns\etc";

zone "" {
	type master;
	file "hosts.db";
	allow-transfer {;;;;;;;};

zone "" {
	type master;
	file "hosts.rev";
	allow-transfer {;;;;;;};

# load the cache data last
zone "." {
	type hint;
	file "";

Secondary log file.

As Jim Reid points out you have not given the gurus any real data to
work with. I'm assuming that is in some way related to the domain
of interest. Here is what 'doc' reports. Note the out of synch serial
numbers, the apparent lack of SOA, and the non-authoritative SOA error

Why not post the name.conf and syslog messages?
