I can't change my name server for domain registered through Network Solutions.

To tell the truth, I'm not sure *who* is at fault here. On the one hand, the
ns1.10dash.com A record is in the TLD servers, but not in NSI's WHOIS database.
On the other hand, I can't get *any* information about hosts from eNameCo's
WHOIS server. I get the message

for *any* "host" query, including one for "ns1.e-names.org"!

I would probably start with eNameCo and find out why their WHOIS is spitting out that message. Until you can confirm that eNameCo actually registered the host, I'm fairly certain NSI won't give you the time of day.
