Files to Database.

Hi Friends,

I am working on a software which will help in Adding(Insert New) or Updating 
the files on Names Server. I am using IBM-DB2 for storing the data.

Now, does anybody know such type of software avaliable on net, so I can get 
some type of reference from that. Also I would like to know ur opinion.
