Hi,

Come to think of it, ever since I've upgraded to a special version
(v8.2.3-NT7) to speed up the "log file rotation", I started to have problems
with my slave. It seems to me that the slave, after reboot, cannot get
through to the master (displaying serial number error?. It also, in that
process, deleted some of the zone files cached on the slave and the slave
therefore cannot even load the zones from its cached copy. The slave then
stopped answering queries for those zones. I've just discovered this and I
feared that this problem may be carried over to v8.2.4. I do not have
problem with the master though.

I don't know if Bjorn's problem is the same as mine, but because the upgrade
is not critical, waiting for a few more days seems to be a prudent thing to
do.
