lame servers... (bind 8.2.4)

The 45.213.in-addr.arpa reverse domain is delegated to ns.ripe.net, but
it's not configured as an authoritative server for the domain.  The people
at tin.it need to get this corrected (either remove the delegation or get
RIPE to configure their server as a slave).
