We could revert to the deprecated method of publishing an FAQ
frequently - all it needs are;

and

With maybe some verbiage. Or are most of these people coming in
by e-mail?

Perhaps we could get the Ruth to add the explanation of the
first one to the mailing list subscription e-mail.
