Faster zone transfer/less traffic

Is this the BIND 8.2.4-NT2 running on Windows 2000? I believe the Unix versions
do, but you need gzip installed on NT to handle the NT side, if I remember the
code correctly.  I think that option is disabled on NT by default and you would
have to rebuild it with ZXFR enabled.
