How to refresh bind-9.13 daemon

	You should not have been using kill with BIND 8.  You should
have 
been using "ndc" instead.

	For BIND 9, you use "rndc".  This program is like "ndc" for BIND

8, except that it allows you to control multiple BIND 9 nameservers 
from a single central location.  Type the command "man rndc" for more 
information.
