HELP? WIn32 BIND v9.2.0 - (CASE UPDATE - maneuveringspeed.com - conf files posted)

I thing to note as there are no global options specified in  your named.conf

highly recommended to use those , since there is no  way for the conf file
to get the default path to find the the zone files................
