intermittent SERVFAIL on certain domains

The delegation of the worldchat.com servers has an extra record
in it but that server returns okay data.

The NS records for various domains including worldchat.com point
to ns.worldchat.com which is a CNAME, this is being discussed
elsewhere in this group/list, and is not good practice.
