bind dns 9.2 startup problems

The boot time errors are because you already have a named
process running - another error message saying exactly what it
means ;)

9.2 using rndc, so if ndc shutdown the daemon, that was BIND 8
not 9.2. Thus I conclude you haven't correctly uninstalled or
removed the startup scripts for the old version of BIND.
