i think the bandwidth considerations are fairly negligible.  however
you'd probably want to get someone else to do secondary for you - your
ISP may be able to do this, or you could use secondary.com (which is
free for at least a certain number of domains)....

i don't have any specific figures to cite, but dns queries are pretty
small... i'm guessing that you won't even notice the traffic.
