In an attempt (IMNSHO misguided) to reduce their spam load, some sites
reject mail from whosts with forward/reverse address mismatches. If it's
the case that mail.joejacket.com is your outbound mail server as well as
your mx host, then the trigger for the rejects is likely to be this:

80.12.0.195.in-addr.arpa.  1D IN PTR  mail.fotobeurs.com.

This of course assumes that your server sends an (E)HLO string that
contains 'mail.joejacket.com'. If it's saying EHLO joejacket.com, then
the remote site is rejecting because there is no A record for
joejacket.com.

This isn't really a BIND issue. AFAICT, your zone is perfectly legal.
People do a lot of ill-considered things to try to reduce spam. This is
one of them.
