ReverseLookup does'nt work!!!

	Well the command is "dig -x 164.164.4.5 ptr" not "dig
	164.164.4.5 ptr".  Also you are running a down rev 8.3.x named.

	Read the rest of the log.  The reason for the zone being rejected
	will be there.
