Your entry is for fixed.domain.de, not fixed.domain.de.company.de.  If you
want fixed.domain.de.company.de, you need to add the following record to
the company.de zone file:

fixed.domain.de A 192.168.76.250

Notice that there's no "." after ".de" in this case.

If that's not what you're trying to do, you're going to have to tell us the
real domains that you're talking about instead of the fake "domain.de" and
"company.de" domains, so we can query the real servers.
