Yes, but you will need to rebuild it from source by changing the select
timeout in the lib/isc/win32/socket.c socket code in the watcher() function.
It was changed from 2 seconds to 0.5 seconds for 9.2.1. Note that on
a busy server you probably won't see the problem.
