Access restriction from zone files.

Is there a way to restrict a client from hitting a paritcular entry in a =
zone while allowing them access to others entries in that zone? For =
example I have the following.

I want everyone to be able to resolve http://www.hillsboroughcounty.org =
but for http://pimsdbs.hillsboroughcounty.org I only want a select group =
of clients to be able to resolve this name.
