You don't have reverse zones set up for the 63.220.53.195 address. Some
mail servers require that they be able to look up the IP address and get
a host name in order to allow the mail to be delivered.

You need to set up a 53.220.63.in-addr.arpa. zone on your nameserver
populated with the appropriate PTR records and get it delegated to you
by cais in order that this works. Right now lookup of the address fails
with a NXDOMAIN.
