Just like you would delegate anything else: NS records marking the
bottom of the zone.

I'm not sure if the RIRs will delegate directly on lower levels when
there is a higher level delegation in place, though. But you'd almost
certainly still want to set something up in your servers to make sure
that they know about that delegation.
