how to delegate reverse for /24

If you're primary for 172.16/16, and you want to delegate 172.16.25/24,
then the 16.172.in-addr.arpa zone file should contain:

25 IN NS otherserver1.dom.ain.
   IN NS otherserver2.dom.ain.

It's the same as delegating any other subdomain, WTP?
