Bind resolving other nameservers

	Why did you lie when you registered the zone?

	The queries will go to both.  Those that go to ns2 will have
	to be retried.  Some (not all) nameservers will cache the fact
	that ns2 is lame and not use it for a short period (in named
	this defaults to 10 minutes).
