dns: connection timed out vs Host not found

Neither of the delegated nameservers for the mobile-media.ch domain
(ns.hostcenter.com and ns2.hostcenter.com) are configured as
authoritative for the zone.

> PS. Host  www.hiugo.com  has a similar problem.

Queries to both of the delegated nameservers (layla.hiugo.com and
karin.hiugo.com) are timing out for me.
