There are pointers to the Windows binary kits off of the ISC Web page
at http://www.isc.org/ that you can download. There are kits for
BIND 8.3.3 and BIND 9.2.1 and BIND 9.2.2rc1.

You need to create your own named.conf file before you start the service.
You can find some starting information at http://bind8nt.meiway.com/
which is specific to NT/2K. Those pages are pretty old and outdated but
most of the information you can use to get you started.

Check the Application Event Log in the Event Viewer for details of any
errors. BIND will not run unless named.conf exists and is syntactically
correct. The format and layout of named.conf and the zone files are
the same across Unix and Windows.
