	This is a remote mis-configuration.  This looks like a attempt
	to perform a RFC 2317 style delegation but the child zone has
	used "62.182.200.in-addr.arpa" as the zone name rather than
	"128-191.62.182.200.in-addr.arpa".  server2.fasternet.com.br
	should be configured as a slave for 62.182.200.in-addr.arpa
	and a master for 128-191.62.182.200.in-addr.arpa.  This will
	allow it perform reverse lookups for local addresses when the
	link to the rest of the internet in down.

	I've Bcc the contacts for the two zone so they can fix the problem.

	Upgrade, this is a known bug that is fixed in later versions.

1144.   [bug]           only use the query-source address, not port, for TCP
                        connections.

	This says named has given up because it knows all the servers are
	broken.
